Systra have an exciting opportunity for 2 Transport Planning Apprentices to be based in our Leeds Office and study at Leeds College of Building.

The primary role of an Apprentice is to provide technical support to project teams by undertaking specialist and technical tasks that support the overall objectives set by the project manager. The main duties are to:

  • Support proposal development and help deliver workpackages within projects
  • Execute tasks to quality standards, to time and to budget
  • Record and present information clearly
  • Demonstrate basic proficiency in the application of a range of methods, techniques and tools
  • Produce technical drawings through the use of proprietary software packages (e.g. AutoCAD)
  • Assist with on-site inspections and surveys where appropriate

 

Entry requirements

4 GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A*-C) including English, maths and science.
