We are also conversant with BIM (Building Information Modelling) which enhances all stages of the infrastructure life cycle, from design to construction and maintenance, which is why we integrate it into our projects and offer it to our clients. Our design and supervision teams have extensive exposure to both domestic and international markets, contracts, codes and specification.


The Role


Responsible for delivery of designs and updates PM/PL for onward reporting. Responsible for reviews and issue of deliverables to UK/UAE Project management team.  


Main Duties

  • Reports to the PM/Production Lead and is responsible for technical coordination.

  • Coordinates with the Discipline Leads in Production Team / Front Office / Integration Team to ensure timely delivery.

  • Lead technical coordination meetings and prepare MOM and tracker. Maintain a log of co-ordination issues (who needs what from who, by when)

  • Reviewing federated models with disciplines including clash detection

  • Tracking comments and accountable for ensuring comments are closed out and designs are updated to reflect comments.

  • Ensuring that internal interfaces are identified and resolved within the production team.

  • Ensure Assumptions, Risk and CDM Registers are up to date.

  • Ensure team meet program and resolve technical blockers.

  • Highlight key issues/ delays to PM/PL.

  • Assistance in managing a co-ordinated drawing production.



  • Masters in civil engineering.

  • Minimum 15-20 year experience in infrastructure design with at least 8-10 year experience in design coordination.

  • Familiar with UK / EURO Codes and practices.
