SYSTRA are looking to expand our Signature Team in the UK, working on high profile infrastructure projects such as Crossrail and HS2, we are building on our 50 years of success in the UK by growing our team and looking for passionate people to deliver projects across our portfolio.

 

We are now seeking to strengthen and grow our Engineering team in our Birmingham office, initially working as part of our Main Works Civils High Speed 2 project team, by recruiting an experienced Assurance Manager.

 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of experience within the Civil Engineering/Transportation/Infrastructure sectors.

Main Duties

 

  • Define & challenge client requirements, manage and report on assurance progress through the project lifecycle
  • Complete verification validation process and production of certification
  • Provide technical guidance to discipline design teams
  • Responsible for the decomposition of requirements
  • Lead innovative solutions to design assurance problems
  • Ensure technical compliance with client requirements and scope
  • Responsible for the delivery of CDM and design compliances 

 

Experience

 

  • A multidisciplinary engineer who can lead multiple disciplines in the design integration. 
  • Experience of relevant legislation and ensure design are compliant to client standards and UK legislation.
  • Experienced professional with skills in systems engineering, requirements management and technical assurance.
  • Chartered Engineer, MICE or Instructed equivalent or recognised equivalent in country 
  • Responsible for quality management, reporting progress on asset certification
  • Management of Requirements Managers
