SYSTRA are looking to expand our Signature Team in the UK, working on high profile infrastructure projects such as Crossrail and HS2, we are building on our 50 years of success in the UK by growing our team and looking for passionate people to deliver projects across our portfolio.

We are now seeking to strengthen and grow our Engineering team in our Birmingham office, initially working as part of our Main Works Civils High Speed 2 project team, by recruiting an experienced Change Manager.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of experience within the Civil Engineering/Transportation/Infrastructure sectors.

Main Duties

  • Responsible for producing the change documents
  • Managing and reporting change progress on the programme baseline position in scope, budgets and schedule to the Project Controls Manager. 
  • Responsible for maintaining the project change register and interfacing with PM's and delivery leads
  • Manage and facilitate the change control activities for a major programme utilising the change management processes 
  • Establish working relationships with clients, maintain strong and effective relationships with project managers and delivery teams acting as an interface contact for programme changes.

 

Experience

  • Project Management and Change Management experience
  • Experience of client engagement and work winning.
  • Experience of NEC contracts, amendments, early warning notices and the work flows of communications between contractor and client
  • Experience in delivering projects against tight deadlines
