Context

Following the new international organization of SYSTRA, a transverse department Global Business Lines and Production has been created with the main goal to support the international business growth.

In its role, Business Lines and Production (BLP) is to:

  • Propose Multi site production split between the different engineering centers of the group
  • Prepare main multi-site Bids/Tenders
  • Follow up main multi-site production projects
  • Propose coordination tools and ease the collaboration within the group
  • Coordinate the infrastructure technical networks throughout the group.

To support those activities, BLP is looking for a technical coordinator junior

Main duties

Note: The required profile for the Business Lines Deployment coordinator is an engineer/equivalent with 5+ years of experience in either a project management related field, the scope this mission is 1),2),3),4). A reduced scope covering 3) and 4) can be done by a more junior profile (equivalent education level with 0-3 years of experience) with the adjusted name “Technical Network Coordinator".

1)    Setting Up the Network/Community
•    Facilitating the Community/Network to set up its annual roadmap using organizational skills/techniques
•    Breaking down the overall objectives of the Network/Community defined by the BLP Director into specific/distinct and technically oriented objectives to be declined/managed.
•    Breaking down the objectives into manageable project like actions
•    Developing a set of KPIs to monitor progress 
•    Obtain Network Technical leader buy-in and commitment to perform the defined roadmap
•    Assigning realistic specific task to the Network stakeholders
•    Assisting the NTL to build the member list and potential layers (core-teams, technical contributor)

2)    Managing the life of the Business Line
•    Under the directives of the BL Director, transposing annual objectives into transversal projects
•    Project Management of the transversal projects
•    Assisting in the most proactive way possible BL Director to manage his/her network in day to day actions

3)    Contributing to the Technical Networks
•    Assisting in the most proactive way possible the technical lead to manage his/her network in day to day actions
•    Assisting the NTL to set up a core-team if relevant
•    Organizing and collecting the annual priorities/needs of the core-team
•    Scheduling and budgeting these priorities into the yearly roadmap
•    Progress monitoring of the project like actions (quality/time/cost)
•    Contributing to all the Technical Network Project

4)    Assisting the communication
•    Determining, based on the yearly roadmap which communications channels will be value adding, whether they are Sharepoint, Teams, Yammer, Specific Platform, or a combination of them
•    Assisting the NTL to set up the yearly meetings schedules for each Network layers (core team, Network direct contributor, all people having interest, etc).
•    Assisting the NTL to develop the meeting agendas
•    Assisting the NTL in the animation of the meetings
•    Day to day communication on the various channels (e-mails, articles posted, yammer post, etc) 
•    Managing the access rights and the various lists

IT Skills

  • Being able to analyze the needs of the TN and proposing specific IT applications and developing them (or managing their development by the IT Dept as the project manager)
  • Being able to set up and maintain a set of easy-to-read, comprehensive, set of dashboards
