Deputy Project Manager- Rail System

Note: This project is for EET Highspeed Rail for Red & Blue Line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the System design review & supervision team assigned to EET.
• Coordinate all systems System design review & supervision activities with the project management team.
• Manage the design documents related to rail systems, track works and rolling stock supplied and installed by contractor according to the design standards specifications stated in the EPC Contract documents.   
• Responsible for the Supervision of the installation, testing and commissioning of all railway systems.
• Rail systems technical evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies and systems.
• Ensure that Contract requirements are understood by all parties and documented such as System and Subsystem requirements documents.

Requirements:

• University degree (engineering faculty)
• General overall experience (15) years
• 7 years of professional experience in the same field (Rail Transit Projects).
• 5 years of experience in management and implementation of similar transport infrastructure projects and in a similar position.
• Good communication and management skills and capacity to negotiate and develop good.
• fluent in English.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, with extensive experience in the organization and supervision of the installation, testing and commissioning of Railway Systems in Metro and Transit projects, inclusive of power supply and distribution, Rolling Stock, SCADA, Operation and Supervision of trains, Automatic fare collection (AFC), other Low and High Voltage power systems. He is required to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar role on comparable international transit systems with preferable previous experience of High-Speed Project.
