We are looking for experts for following openings for upcoming infrastructure project in Tamil Nadu:
Team Leader-cum-Urban and Regional Planner
Postgraduate in Planning or equivalent with specialization in Urban Planning/Urban and Regional Planning, Minimum 10 years’ experience, Should have experience as Team Leader for Urban and Regional Planning assignments, He/ She should be an Indian citizen and completed at least five projects in India as Team Leader/Project Director in formulation of Regional Plans/Sub-Regional Plans / Metropolitan Regional Plans / Structure Plans/Master Plans/Development Plans in India or abroad.
Project Management Expert
Post graduate in Planning/Civil Engineering/ Business Administration, Should have minimum 10 years’ experience, He/ She should have experience of working in PMU / PMC projects for Govt. or any State Government Departments / Authorities / Board, He/ She should be an Indian citizen and should have completed at least five projects in India in at least two of the following domains - Master Plans/Regional Plans/Perspective Plans, Urban Development, Infrastructure, Smart City, Urban Utilities, Roads & Highways.
Economic Development Specialist
Postgraduate in Economics, Minimum 10 years’ experience, He/She should be an Indian citizen and should have completed at least five projects in India in Socio-economic aspects and their implications relating to similar large scale development projects in India or abroad.
Traffic and Transportation Expert
Postgraduate in Transportation Engineering / Planning with graduation in Civil Engineering, Minimum 10 years’ experience, He/she should be an Indian citizen and should have completed at least 5 projects in transport planning assignments in Metropolitan cities/regions of similar magnitude, size and nature in India or abroad.
Housing and Real Estate Expert
Postgraduate in Planning with specialization in Housing or equivalent course in Real Estate Investment and Management, 10 years of experience, He/ She should be an Indian citizen and should have completed at least 5 projects as real estate/property development specialist for large city level project, Should have worked on housing market feasibility and demand assessment studies, Good knowledge of TN housing policies and regulations.
Environmental Safeguards Expert
Postgraduate in Environmental Planning /Engineering / Science, minimum 10 year’s experience, He/she should be an Indian citizen and should have completed at least five projects in preparation of Strategic Environment Plans, EIA and EMP in area development projects, should be conversant with safeguard policies of national and international funding agencies.
Legal Expert
Professionally qualified lawyer, He/Should be an Indian citizen and with Minimum 10 years of experience, with 5 years related to property law and / or infrastructure projects in Tamil Nadu.
