We have worked on Detailed Engineering Design for Infrastructure Utilities Services in Activation Area Dholera Special Investment Region. Scope included Design of Integrated Infrastructure Design (Potable & Recycled WS, UGS, Industrial Effluent, SWD, Electric Lines and Roads), as well as Technical Advice during execution.

Main duties

1. Report to team leader.

2. Be responsible for managing the contracts concerned such as payments, variations, insurance, claims, disputes etc. for civil works for underground and elevated.

3. To manage the civil contractors, underground sections under the contracts scheme of building & engineering works designed by the employer by applying MDB harmonized edition (June 2010) with the specific provisions as included in the standard tender documents under Japanese ODA loans for procurement of works.

4. Review all submittals related to contractual requirement during the contractors mobilization period.

5. Monitor the contractors compliance with regard to insurance bond obligations as well labor and tax laws and report on any breach of contract by the contractors to the employers.
