MISSIONS:

As part of the International HR team, the HR Project Lead, based in Dubai, will oversee the design and implementation various HR programmes to support the Development of our organization and our people.

 

The role includes but is not limited to the following programme:

 

  • Global People Transformation to implement consistent change management and HR processes globally underone common framework such as : Compensation and benefits, Rewards policy, International mobility, Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI), Engagement models …
  • Graduate Mobility Programme inducting young engineers in different engineering centers globally
  • Transversal Training programme : designing and deploying in collaboration with our technical networks and business lines training to develop awareness and understanding of Systra’s core expertises.
  • Mentoring Programme : Deploying and monitoring our Transversal Mentoring programme that connect people globally
  • The HR Project Lead will have the opportunity to contribute to the complete cycle of a programme from the premises of the design to its implementation and monitoring

To do so, it will require from the candidate to demonstrate agility in :

  • Developing a deep understanding of our local processes and organizations worldwide
  • Capturing expectations of key stakeholders from the business.
  • Collaborating with our global HR and Digital community.
  • Monitoring progress, risks and solve issues with regards to Programme planning and objectives.

 

PROFILE:

  • 6-8 years of overall experience in a HR Generalist role.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Knowledge or understanding of the engineering, transportation or construction industry is a must
  • Experience in navigating in a complex and international environment
  • Experience in driving similar global organizational transformation and HR projects
