MISSIONS:

SYSTRA UAE is looking for Landscape Architect to join our Dubai office.

Ideal candidate must have proven design skills and work portfolio to substantiate. As a Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in driving innovation in design processes, standards, and methodologies for project delivery.

• Undertake industry relevant research, determine the design standards and regulatory guidelines based on projects
• Undertake and deliver all phases of the design process including Concept, Schematic and Detailed Design Documentation, writing specification, report, 3D modelling, submittals & permitting, hardscape and plant material selection,
• Provide design solutions for all stages of design while leading the production pf project design reports and design detailing.
• Deliver technical landscape packages independently with guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in design workshops, coordination, troubleshooting and clash detection sessions with internal and external disciplines involved in projects.
• Must have worked / completed Landscape projects using Revit / Rhino.
• Conduct quality procedures applicable to the landscape design for technical deliveries and apply continuously thorough self-checks and reviews of deliverables.
• Enhances standards of developed landscape design graphics (diagrams, photoshop and Lumion renders) across projects and documents the same for wider team use.

PROFILE:

• Degree qualified in a Landscape Architecture
• 6 – 8 years of overall professional experience in Landscape Architecture and site implementation
• Aware of the UAE public realm guidelines generally and International standard methodologies of Landscape Architecture.
• Creative ability and design flare, suitable for a range of landscape projects
• Should be familiar with design, tender and construction process.
• Excellent knowledge of working with AutoCAD, Revit / Micro Station, Rhino, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch up software
• Team player with the ability to collaborate as part of a diverse studio team
• Well organised and able to work on your own initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
