  • Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
  • Leading the staffing of strategic tenders
  • Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring
  • Using various channels to source candidates
  • Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
  • Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
  • Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
  • Posting advertisement of job postings on Job Portals and Corporate website.
  • Preparing CV formatting for the project and assure the quality standard of the profile before to submit to the Client.



  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience as Talent acquisition specialist, or similar.
  • Efficient organized Talent Pooling and Sourcing Methodology
  • Proficient user of HR Software such as SuccessFactors
  • Creative sourcing and networking techniques, deep understanding of our client’s business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Knowledge about the industry and the roles within the organization
