Talent Management Assistant

The Talent Manager Assistant reports to the International Talent Manager. He/she is primarily responsible for providing flexible, responsive and proactive support in Talent Management activities in International and supporting other Human Resources initiatives as required by the International Talent Manager.

You  will  have  the  opportunity  to work  on  a  variety  of  projects which  will enable many opportunities to build strong relationships inside the HR and Operations Community.  The Talent Management Team has an ambitious remit,  and  you will  support  its  successful  delivery  with  your  strong  organization,  planning  and communication skills

Main Duties:

HR Projects

  • Provide administrative support to the International Talent Manager on multiple HR projects including but not limited to Invest in People, Talent Mapping, People review deployment, People Mobility on Projects (during mobilisation and demobilisation phases)
  • Assist with mapping of current capability of Level 3+ technical and operations staff in International, against a global benchmark
  • Support when and where required the implementation of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools for Performance and Development interview, Competency Mapping
  • Actively contribute, in coordination with HR Community, to the HRIS and CVs database continuous improvement programmes including data content and format quality checks, progress report
  • Track milestones, deliverables and other data for the International HR Team plans and follow-up accordingly

 

Reporting

  • Consolidate updated records of all expats and key local Talent
  • Follow International HR KPIs including but not limited Project Mobility and Staffing to be reported monthly to the International Talent Manager
  • Support in preparing documentation for Group presentations

 

 

 

 

 

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS:

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with a relevant degree in human resource management and development

 

BACKGROUND:

At least 3+ years (or equivalent) of proven HR field or Document Controlling,

First experience in the Engineering or Rail is an asset

Commitment to providing an excellent HR service ensuring time, resources, energy and actions are focused on priorities that matter to the business

Advanced Excel Skills and a proven ability to work autonomously and with others in a fast-paced environment

Experience in HRIS preferred
