Talent Management

    • Joining formalities & Employee orientation- Making Induction of the new employees to make them aware of the organization policies, procedures, facilitating their interaction with different functional heads of the different departments.

 

    • Exit Management.

 

    • Launching organization  organization wide surveys like-Employee Satisfaction

survey & Support Functions Survey.

 

    • Organizing various activities like Team bonding activity, anonymous surveys

in the Business unit and coordination with regional/site offices.

 

    • Actively preparing and executing various communications mediums like Newsletter, Employee Magazine and presentations.

 

    • Effective management of HR operations at HO and co-ordination of the same at Regional offices.

 

    • Conceptualizing, planning and execution of Reward & Recognition scheme in Systra.

 

Key Qualities and experience

    • Preferably degree/diploma in management or Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3- 5 years of experience
    • Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desired to excel; and the ability to lead others.
    • Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
    • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet and computer aptitude
    •
