Context

  • Keeping record of daily attendance of employee's, housekeeping staff and Security Guards, maintaining daily record of wastes management & keeping track of incoming and outgoing couriers in excel & checking discrepancy in the invoice sent by vendor.
  • Answering the phone calls to take messages, escort guest or visitors to the meeting room, scanning and mailing the documents, enter visitors' details in the company's record book,
  • Checking the agreement with the draft copy vetted by the legal team, verifying whether there is any clerical or commercial mistake in the agreement printed. Then getting the agreement signed by the HOD, get it scanned and then send the agreement copy to the appropriate.
  • After receiving ID card request i prepare the soft copy of the ID card and mail it to the requester asking for approval or any corrections to be done. Once confirmation mail is received i start printing out the ID cards.
  • Maintain record of the stocks -
    1) Monitoring stock level every
    2) Performing inventory of the supplies and order what is needed. (Housekeeping, Pantry and ID card items).
    3) Storing.
  • Ensure the entire office cleanliness and hygiene.
