HR Talent Management

 

 

  • Working on customization of courses on digital platform (e-learning & LMS) for Systra Group
  • Working in collaboration with Team Lead in implementing Recruitment Module across PAN India (SuccessFactors)
  • Ensuring that all trainings are being conducted as per the training calendar
  • Organizing end to end trainings - classroom trainings as well as e-learning courses
  • LMS & ensuring that employees & managers complete their online feedback survey
  • Assisting Talent Management team (for Global as well as Local projects) as and when required in designing, conceptualizing and implementing processes across SYSTRA Group

 

Minimum Qualification and experience requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree with MBA degree
  • 5-10 yrs. of total experience
  • Minimum 6 + years’ experience into
