Main duties

Manage project development from the pre-design stage through completion, meeting with clients and consultants, to providing insights and assistance.

Lead the coordination of multiple disciplines to produce a comprehensive set of construction documents that meet the requirements of local building codes, ADA compliance, zoning regulations, and other applicable laws

Liaise with construction professionals regarding project feasibility and manage issues related to environmental impacts, local planning legislation, budget negotiation, and preparation.

Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors, and specialists.

Willingness to travel domestically/internationally.

A bachelor’s degree in Architecture. with 10-13 years of experience

Excellent technical drawing skills reading and development.

Knowledge of and experience with local building codes, ADA compliance, zoning regulations, and other laws applicable to design and construction

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent creative and visualization skills

Attention to detail.
