Job Role :


  • Complete responsibility from start to close out of the project
  • Responsible for resolving all issues and relationship with client - For collection and     exchange of all information, data and communicate all decisions through minutes of meeting internally to Team and to Client for records.
  • Management of all issues at Site office.
  • To manage and resolve all technical, Quality, Contractual, commercial issues to the       satisfaction of Client and in the benefit of organization through personal knowledge, In house team’s knowledge, support from other CTRs/ Paris office or from any other external experts.
  • To comply with all documentation and procedures of PMs as per Company norms for the project.
  • To monitor overall production and Delivery of project vide regular interaction with team.
  • To guide team on issues of Client management, Contract management and provide direct support to teams on specific issues.
  • Continuous assessment of Resource requirement for all modules of project team as per delivery schedule in consultation with TLs and HODs
  • To manage overall delivery list / schedule with concerned TLs .
  • Resource Planning, Resource Management, Resource allocation in such a way that it is utilized in most efficient way to maximize output and minimize overall cost
  • To develop its team as a coherent, disciplined, committed unit.
  • To develop culture of Quality consciousness and Quality compliance within the team and ensure team follows all Quality Systems and procedures of Company.
  • To monitor overall Budget and ensure financial health of project
  • To review and guide TLs on preparation of DCRs, Variation issues etc.
  • To develop healthy, cordial, transparent relationship / mechanism between management and team for overall benefit of the project and the organization
  • To Manage Contractual, Commercial aspects on Project for overall benefit of project and organisation.


Candidate must have more than 10 years of experience
