Job Purpose:

System Delivery

  • Ensure internal coordination for systems during Installation & T&C phase for the consistency in the execution of the works
  • Act as Systems Delivery Manager to ensure the Quality and Planning are respected by the Contractor
  • Ensure all interfaces during installation phase are taken care of
  • Ensure coordination of interfaces among Contractors
  • Ensure Readiness of the works is coordinated with system’s experts and access is coordinated between contractors
  • Validate execution and progress of the works for payment of the Contractors
  • Ensure safe execution of the works

 

Operation Control Centre Expert will have to supervise the local System inspectors for the following tasks

- Check and signature of MOAs
- Supervision and monitoring the works performed on the site related to the CP sub-system,
- To review and check all the works performed with the assistance of Foreign Expert, the materials; the schedule; the implementation of the construction method, the quality process, the quantity, the safety,
- To manage the technical part of the sub-system (plans, method statements, etc.),
- To issue regular complete reports to the project management team in order to update the general project monitoring (schedule and costs),
- To propose technical solutions if necessary on site,
- To check and approved that the corrective actions requested by the Quality Team are implemented,
- Participate to handing and taking over processes,
- Monitoring construction process from start to finish,
- Monitoring T&C phase and Tests reports
- Ensuring measurements and material usage follow initial plans,
- Making sure construction regulations and safety issues are adhered to,
- Making acceptances of the works,
- Making regular detailed report

Desired Profile:
Education : BSc, BEng, BA or Equivalent
Experience : ·      Has total experience of more than 10 years
·      Has railway experience of at least 5 years
·      Demonstrate extensive experience in a similar role on a comparable international transit system. 
Professional Training: Qualified professional who has reached the director level
Skills: ·      Capable of providing planning, leadership, direction, and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multi-discipline projects. 
·      Possess exceptional leadership skills
