Overall management of accounts & finance which includes finalization of accounts, international taxation, service tax, works contract tax,  MIS Reporting, preparation of annual business plan in consultation with business groups, cash & fund flow statements to meet the fund requirement.

To keep an eye on outstanding debtors with aging analysis and chasing them for outstanding payments.

Managing the cost, planning for required budget and help organization to cut down extra expenses.

Define standards, policies, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet company goals for finance.

Supervising the preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. fund management and ageing analysis, Monitoring cash flow of the company to review the cash position and forecast funds required for numerous expenses, Project Earnings Report and Staff Utilization.

Balance Sheet Finalization / Cash Flow Statements / Overhead Budget for the year.

To provide staff Utilization Reports to management on monthly basis.


Charted Accountant (CA)/MBA (Finance)/Equivalent Degree

Minimum 10 years of experience

 5+ years of experience in Railways/ Infrastructure Projects
