We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Project Administrator to support the Project Managers in our Transport Modelling Consultancy team. You will provide support on a range of activities to help us deliver to projects and win new business. The role can be based in our London, Manchester or Birmingham offices (initially working from home and with long term flexibility), helping our consultants to deliver on an exciting range of transport modelling projects across the UK.


Main Function of Job - To assist with the delivery of an efficient and effective project administrative and support service.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed below, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by their line manager.


Main Duties:


  • Provide day-to-day project admin support for the team’s project managers, completing internal databases during the monthly reporting cycles. 
  • Support the PT team by drafting and formatting key documents such as basic reports, bid proposals to clients and basic presentations.
  • Providing support to the team, including assisting with the monitoring and logging of new opportunities, providing company information to staff and helping in the preparation and submission of bid documents.
  • To undertake technical and administrative tasks to assist with the delivery of projects as required.
  • To promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and friendly working relationship with all clients, external and internal, immediate and senior management and other work colleagues.


Experience required:


  • Project administration qualification, or business administration degree/alternative desirable.
  • Significant experience with project administration or similar internal systems. 
  • Well organised and very numerate, capable of handling multiple workstreams simultaneously. 
  • Able to engage with team members to readily obtain data. 
  • Good MS Office skills, able to compose well-articulated documents such as reports, including the insertion of illustrations, data tables, etc.
