Due to the continued growth of SYSTRA Ltd in the UK & Ireland we are now seeking an Personal Assistant to provide executive administrative support to the Managing Director.

This is an opportunity to play a vital role supporting the growth of our business, based from our Manchester Office with occasional travel to other UK offices.

Principle attributes for this role are to have strong communication skills, a high level of adaptability, reactive to change, a hands-on & “can do” team player with very strong organisational, planning and administrative skills.

Main Duties:

  • Provide executive administrative support to the Managing Director and wider senior leadership team
  • Extensive calendar and diary management
  • Managing emails, general communications, travel bookings and logistics
  • Internal & external meeting organisation and servicing, including room & equipment set-up, catering and sending out appointments
  • Attending meetings and recording minutes
  • Tracking deadlines and deliverables for the team
  • Supporting the collation/communication of monthly management information
  • Preparing reports
  • Raising and following up on Purchase Orders
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties and projects
  • Continual focus on cost savings and achieving value for money

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a PA or EA
  • Excellent time management,
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and when working with senior managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft office applications and the ability to set up and maintain systems
  • Good knowledge of using Audio and Video conferencing systems
