The incumbent will be responsible for proposing an approach to harmonize and improve the practices and processes of two project teams working on 2 different sites. The incumbent will oversee the improvements by promoting the empowerment of managers and the achievement of results. More specifically, he will : 


  • represents the authority in his field of continuous improvement
  • proposes and implements an approach to harmonize and improve processes
  • proposes a structure for the implementation of the approach, including governance: Steering Committee, expert committee, pilots, working groups, breakdown of processes and working groups, timelines, analysis of what is being done well and what is currently an issue, etc.
  • supports and advises senior management and recommends to it the adoption of improvement orientations and objectives
  • advises managers in order to support decision making and suggests opportunities for improvement in its sector of activity;
  • Leads multidisciplinary working groups (Kaizen or others);
  • deploys, integrates and ensures the appropriation of the new processes put in place
  • maps new processes and/or updates existing processes
  • prepares a plan to implement the improvements and monitor the new process to ensure that it is working as intended; and
  • supports the deployment and implementation of new processes
  • implement activities that facilitate adherence to new practices.
  • acts as a consultant, particularly in the field of engineering conduct
  • Identifies impacts and linkages on other adjacent processes (e.g. engineering and document management).
  • Identifies impacts and/or potential improvements on tools and systems in place or to be deployed to make the operationalization of processes as efficient as possible.
  • ensures coordination with stakeholders, e.g., corporate advisor
  • designs and implements means of performance evaluation;



  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Administration, or in Industrial Engineering or in an appropriate discipline.
  • Expert in the conduct of engineering
  • Experience in change management and project management;
  • Good facilitation, communication and clear expression of ideas;
  • Good organizational, planning and coordination skills in a multi-tasking environment;
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
