Mission : Provide support to the Project Director in the context of projects to make stations universally accessible for PRMs (People with Reduced Mobility), projects for the permanent installation of station platforms on operated sites, in the field of Civil and the development of transport infrastructures.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Advising and monitoring the Civil design carried out on AutoCAD (characterization plans of the existing and development of new concepts for the universal accessibility of stations and the permanent installation of station platforms).
  • Finalize the plans and technical drawings with the designer/draftsman teams, as well as the organization of the new station layout according to the required standards.
  • Support the Project Manager in developing specific estimates for civil works.
  • Provide design solutions for station projects and their operational feasibility.
  • Preparing technical documentation and drafting progress reports, meeting minutes, site characterization reports and feasibility reports.
  • Drafting of the utilities report.
  • Carrying out the study of the installation of the works according to the characteristics of the land
  • Support the Project Manager in planning and monitoring the progress of the project.
  • Preparation of construction schedules.
  • Determine the set of subsequent studies that will be required to lead to the submission of a preliminary draft


Personal and other qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent. Master's degree, an asset.
  • 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the development of station infrastructures
  • Experience in design related to Accessibility-PMR (People with Reduced Mobility) in an operated site is an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Project, an asset.
  • Knowledge of Civil3D, an asset.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, including technical communication, report and presentation writing.
  • Ability to express yourself clearly in French, English, written and oral.
