Role and responsibilities |
➢Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (quality manual, procedures, forms, tools)
➢ Perform quality training
➢ Prepare and maintain quality Key Performance Indicators dashboard (NCR, COPQ, OTD, NPS)
➢ Drive and coordinate with line Managers quality processes updates based on Lessons Learned and KPIs
➢ Prepare and perform quality audits including follow-up on findings
➢ Prepare quality management review
➢ Prepare ISO 9001 certification audit
➢ Participate in special projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications |
Education: Bachelor's degree or college diploma, or equivalent
Years of experience: Minimum 5 Years experience in Quality field Technical competencies:
- Very good knowledge of the Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams
- Good knowledge of electronic document management
- Strong Electronic Documentation Management expertise
- Experience in ISO 9001: 2015 standard requirements and certification
- Customer focus
- Experience in transportation field (an asset)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Forms and Power Automate (an asset)
- Experience in Health & Safety (an asset) Personal & soft skills:
- Be organized, meticulous and proactive Initiative oriented
- Critical thinking
- Bilingual French and English
