Role and responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and updating of quality and compliance documents (procedures, instructions, forms)
  • Assist and prepare documentation related to audits
  • Assist in the preparation of reports/records/etc
  • Maintain compliance files for business partners
  • Send out training invitations, make attendance reports and maintain the Quality and Compliance Manager's calendar
  • Create files on required platforms
  • Work on technical projects (billable hours, when required)
  • Translation of documents
  • Participate in special projects
  • All related tasks




Education: Bachelor's degree or college diploma, or equivalent;

Years of experience: A first relevant profesionnal experience

Technical competencies:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 certification.
  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams
  • Knowledge of electronic document management, an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, an asset.


Personal & soft skills:   

  • Be organized, meticulous and proactive
  • Fluency in French (spoken, read and written);
  • Fluency in English (spoken, read and written). The successful candidate will work with colleagues based in other Canadian provinces and internationally.
