The Business Lines and Production (BLP) department is a cross-functional entity whose purpose is to support our key countries in the development of their business by providing them with our expertise when preparing technical tenders and carrying out their projects (technical coordination, expertise support). We help organize and optimize production schemes across all of our engineering centers.

 

We are also in charge of developing operational tools, leading technical communities (Systems, Infrastructure, Consultancy, etc.), which makes our activity very rewarding. Joining Business Lines and Production means joining a multicultural, dynamic and growing team.

 

Facing our growing activity, the Business Lines System Group is looking for a Systems Coordinator whose missions will be to:

 

 

- Manage all the technical preparation of tenders (methodology, planning, risk analysis, internal subcontracting, etc.) in order to propose smart production schemes in collaboration with the various engineering centers of the group

- Set up the multi-site organization on the project and monitor the production in progress.

- Ensure the coordination and consistency of deliverables between the different engineering teams according to the quality, costs and expected deadlines;

- Develop and sustain BLP's collaboration with our internal customers (Key countries) and system engineering centers.

- Contribute to cross-functional projects such as the development and/or deployment of new collaboration tools

 

The position is to be filled, preferably in Paris, otherwise in other Systra offices in France or abroad.

 

Profile required:

Education: Master degree in the field of systems or equivalent

 

Experience :

Minimum 8 years of experience.

Seasoned experience in managing technical offers

Proven experience in the field of coordination (multidisciplinary and/or multisite)

Work agility in an international, multicultural environment and in various time zones

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Spanish is a an asset

 

Technical skills :

General systems engineering

Prior experience on urban and/or rail transport projects (conventional or high speed)

Previous experience on existing lines (brownfield) is appreciated

Mastery of Power BI and CAD tools is essential, BIM appreciated
