Requirements

Multi Modal Transport Bid requirements.

 

Team Leader :

 

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering and MBA/ Master's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Structural Engineering / Construction Management / Urban Planning / Architecture or equivalent.

  • Minimum experience of twenty (20) years in all facets of project life cycle including planning, design, construction and project management in the Railways / Metros / Airports / Townships / Industrial Parks / Industrial Estates / Special Economic Zones / Special Investment Zones / Urban Cities / Industrial Cities / Station Development projects.

  • At least 1 year Overseas / International experience is mandatory.

  • Specific experience: Should have been team leader on at least two (2) Project Management Consultancy in the infrastructure sectors mentioned above.

 

Dy. Team Leader & Infrastructure Expert :

 

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering and Master's Degree / PGD in Structural Engineering / Construction Management / Urban Planning / Architecture or equivalent.

  • Total experience - Minimum experience of fifteen (15) years.

  • Relevant experience - Out of which minimum ten  (10)  years  of  experience  in  project  construction  / implementation / supervision in the Railways / Metros / Airports / Townships / Industrial Parks / Industrial Estates / Special Economic Zones / Special Investment Zones / Urban Cities / Industrial Cities / Station Development projects.

  • At least 1 year Overseas / International experience is mandatory.

  • Specific experience - Should have been team leader on at least one (1) Project Management Consultancy assignment in the infrastructure sectors mentioned above.
