Following the new international organization of SYSTRA, a transverse department “Business Lines and Production” has been created with the main goal to support the international business growth. 
In its role, Business Lines and Production (BLP) is to:

•    Propose Multi site production split between the different engineering centers of the group
•    Prepare main multi-site Bids/Tenders
•    Follow up main multi-site production projects 
•    Propose coordination tools and ease the collaboration within the group 
•    Coordinate the infrastructure technical networks throughout the group. 

BLP has a team of « Sales & Strategy » that is a small and dynamic team in daily contact with all entities from the Group.



The BID Technical Coordinator is a part of the « Sales & Strategy » team and his/her core missions are :


  • Bid support to the business units / Definition of the WBS (Work breakdown structure) / Proposal of production model / Coordination of the costing of the back-office production.
  • Commercial coordination with all Business Units to identify the opportunities that will require back-office production and consolidation of a pipeline of intercompany sales opportunities.
  • Support the Business Units and the Engineering Centers in the preparation of their budget reviews for the forecast of their intercompany sales. And more generally, follow-up of the intercompany sales at Group level.
  • Analysis of the global need of back-office production capabilities and capacities and recommendations of development of the production centers.



  • Formation : Engineer or Commerce Master degree . 
  • Experience : minimum 5 years.
  • Technical skills : Experience in organisation of the delivery, from bids or projects (international experience is a plus) , good Excel skills
  • Language skills: Spanish mandatory (writing and speaking), fluent in english, arabic speaking is a plus.
