In the context of the creation of a new department based in SYSTRA’s headquarters, in charge of leading bids and supporting SYSTRA’s International regions for their tenders, we are looking for bid international managers /bid international directors.

 

The bid international manager will report directly to the head of the Department. Essentially, he is responsible for coordinating all contractual, technical and commercial aspects and managing all documents required by the tender documents, timely and accurately. He ensures that the bid is complete, meets client’s expectations and that the quality, relevance, organisation and price has given itself the best possible chance of success.

In particular, the bid international manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Analyse the requirements of the tender documents, define the list of the documents and the milestones to deliver each of these documents, organize the different contributions from the different parties involved,
  • Contribute partly or totally to drafting of the proposal (approach methodology, organisation chart, project references, CV, workplan, costs, risks, quality..), consolidate the various contributions and ensure compliance and consistency of the proposal to the client’s requirements and bid strategy agreed and set with the sales manager,
  • Validate the different costs and calculate the sale price and associated detailed price list,
  • Prepare the oral presentation of the bid, prepare the support for the presentation and assist the sales manager during the negotiation phase.

 

 

Profile

 

Training: Engineer or relevant academic diploma

 

Prossional experience: 5 - 20 years

 

Competences:

  • Good knowledge of legal and financial issues,
  • Previous experience as bid international manager or project international manager,
  • Knowledge of the transportation sector or showing interest for the sector,
  • Strong written communication skills,
  • Mastery MS Office,
  • French, English imperative, Spanish if possible.

 

Personnal qualyties:

  • Ability to work in different situation and in a multicultural context,
  • Good resistance to strong pressure and ability to meet deadlines,
  • Assertive, team spirited.
