As part of improving its Project Management practice, SYSTRA has created the “Project Management Group”, a cross-functional support function – at group level – responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying best practices for Project Management. One of the priorities for the PM Group is to drive the Project Management Capability across the organisation. 

In this context, we are launching the development of a “Project Management Capability Training Program” to upskill our Project Management community and align our PM capability with the requirement of the business. Once developed, this training program will be implemented across all Business Units and geographies of the Group. It will include the introduction of an in-house Project Management certification program as well. 

 

Missions : 

 

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead the planning and development of the training program, and further its implementation in the different Business Units of the Group. 

This program will be managed in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders (group and local HR teams, BU managers,…) 

Working under the guidance of the Program Director (Senior Expert in PM training development), the responsibilities of the Program Manager will include: 

  • Finalise the definition and the structure of the Program 
  • Plan the activities to achieve the staged implementation of the program starting in Q1 2024  
  • Collect inputs, draft, review, finalize training material 
  • Manage the procurement of a specialized supplier to format the training into digital content/e-learning 
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to the program objectives 
  • Control and monitor the progress of the program activities 
  • Identify, onboard and train a pool of trainers who will be responsible for the delivery of the training in Business Units locally 
  • Oversee the implementation of the program 
  • Define, set-up and monitor selected KPI to track the implementation of the program and the achievement of its objectives 

This position requires a good English level and will involve some international travel. 

The candidate shall have a proven track record of Project Management in Systra. An experience of learning and development activities (trainer,…) would be a plus.  

 

Profile : 

  • Bac +4/5 engineer
  • Master in project management
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2,…)
  • Project management technical skills (planning, scheduling, monitoring & controlling,…) 

  • Training facilitation 

  •  Strong communication skills 

  •  Stakeholder management across various hierarchical levels and geographies
