Context
Following the new international organization of SYSTRA, a transverse department “Business Lines and Production” has been created with the main goal to support the international business growth. BLP has a “Technical Coordination & Delivery” team which manages Digital Engineering operationally on railway infrastructure projects with the different entities of the Systra Group, and its objective is:
- Organization of the production scheme involving several engineering centers ;
- Support for engineering centers to adapt their development within the Group ;
- Project processes set-up and verification of their application ;
- Production of deliverables according to the standards of the country where the project is located.
Main duties
The Senior Information Manager is part of the “Technical Coordination & Delivery” team. His/Her missions are :
- Contribute to the development of the information governance strategy and business plan
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of information management standards and guidance policy and ensure they are available to all project members
- Participation in tenders
- Collaborate with management teams when establishing functional and technical roadmaps
- Monitoring of the budget management cycle
- Contribute to the definition of functional SI master plans
- Support for teams in charge of digital transition and change management
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the PAS1192 standard
- Ensure that the information management team is developed effectively, including monitoring and evaluating performance on the data production deliverables
- Manage information management workload ensuring efficient allocation of resources by regularly assessing project risks and needs
- Support the information management team to ensure effective processes are in place to manage throughout the project lifecycle, from creation/receipt to disposal/transfer to an archiving solution agreed to comply with regulatory requirements
- Promote awareness of best information management practices by developing communications with our network through training
- Produce reports for the information governance steering team
- Support to the requests from team members, business managers and technical coordinators

Technical skills
- Technical skills:
- Experience in leading and carrying out railway infrastructure projects
- Has a solid foundation for understanding and analyzing technical practices and client objectives
- Develops and formulates solutions to client problems on projects
- Tools :
- Expertise in CDE (PW, ACC...) and Power BI platforms
- Programming languages : Python, Panda, NymPy
- Spirit of synthesis, capacity for restitution, good communication and coordination skills.
- Language skills: Good English and French.
