CONTEXT

 

The Corporate Robustness Division has recently been created to work on “Improving our Robustness and operational efficiency”, which is a key initiative of our Group Signature Team 2020 Programme. The objective is to improve risk management in all of the Group’s activities, and thereby deliver the performance our clients expect.

 

The new division has three operating principles:

  • Partnership, we advise other entities about practical risk management;
  • Pragmatism, we focus on the main risks and offer proportionate practical solutions;
  • Agility, we adapt and innovate, to ensure quick results.

 

ROLE


The role of the Internal Consultant – Risk, Performance & Audit will focus on transformation and improving risk management for enhanced business performance.

This position will be key in the transformation of the organisations, processes and general mindsets.

 

As an internal consultant, your duties will be twofold:

 

To Assess :

  • Work in partnership with Group entities to implement regular risk identification processes;
  • Analyse internal control process in place;
  • Carry out audits on critical points identified by risk analysis;
  • Help update standards and framework;
  • Consolidate the Group’s risks and share them with the Executive Committee.

 

To Advise :

  • Propose professional practical solutions to design and implement our response to identified risks;
  • Where necessary, help implement these responses.

 

You will play an active role in the launching of the newly created Corporate Robustness Division.

 

REQUIRED PROFILE

 

  • A graduate from a top tier engineering school (or equivalent)
  • Have at least six years of experience in an international environment, project management, business unit management, Engineering or consulting.
  • Looking for the opportunity to take a broader view of a company and help control principal risks
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proactive.
  • Need to have worked in a challenging and demanding environment, with a proven track record for performing and delivering while demonstrating a capacity to inspire change.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Must be willing to travel in France and abroad.
