As a member of the Group Health, Safety & Security (3S) team and reporting directly to the Group 3S VP, the Security, Safety & Health Manager plays an important and active role in contributing and supporting the Group to achieve 3S Excellence.


Security Management

  • Define & manage the strategy for the Group Security management system
  • Coordinate with the Business Units to assess their security risks and determine the mitigation measures
  • Provide advice and support on the deployment and implementation of the security requirements
  • Gather security intelligence and propose preventive measures.
  • Prepare the security analysis required for the tender phase and project reviews
  • Coordinate responses to security related events
  • Manage the traveller’s security and health related programs, including the coordination with external partners and entities
  • Monitor and implement actions to safeguard the Group’s security posture and compliance with statutory obligations
  • Design and deploy security training and awareness programs


Health & Safety Management:

  • Support the Group 3S team in the management, deployment and improvement of the Group Health, Safety and Security Management System
  • Participate in audits and assessments
  • Lead or be part of 3S investigations
  • Design and deliver training and awareness programs related to Security, Health & Safety


Crisis Management:

  • Custodian of the Group crisis management process
  • Conduct regular reviews, exercises and training/awareness programs.


High school in Other
Master degree / Engineer in Quality / Health / Safety / Environment


  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent


  • 10 years of experience in a similar position, including Security as a main responsibility
  • Demonstrable experience in security and crisis management
