Following the new international organization of SYSTRA, a transverse department International Production has been created with the main goal to support the international business growth.

In its role, International Production (IPR) is to:

  • Propose Multi site production split between the different engineering centers of the group
  • Prepare main multi-site Bids/Tenders
  • Follow up main multi-site production projects
  • Propose coordination tools and ease the collaboration within the group
  • Coordinate the infrastructure technical networks throughout the group.
  • Support the operation management of projects for Systra SA

To support those activities, IPR is looking for a PMO/Cost controller

Main duties

The PMO/Cost controller will:

  • Work with the projects teams to compile cost, fees and invoices.
  • Update the tracker of each project to fulfill business requirements
  • Assist with the production of monthly cash flow forecasts and review of Anticipated Final Cost (AFC) and Anticipated Final Billable (AFB);
  •   Support the pre-contract stage (e.g. the bidding process) with collating estimates from the discipline leads;
  •   Attend meetings, when requested, fulfilling the role of commercial team representative.
  • Any other task which may be required to fulfil the requirements of the Department.
  • Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure work is invoiced regularly.
  • Liaise with client account departments to expedite payment.

The PMO/Cost controller will report to IPR director and transversally to the finance department


Master degree / Engineer en Project management

  • Capacity of analysis.
