Your role

  • Leading large and complex projects in an international environment
  • To head supervision and be an inspiration to less experienced engineers
  • Acting on Client behalf to deliver challenging billion value contract and participation in Systra’s business development initiatives within the Area
  • To build client relationship in a global context
  • Be the country manager in charge of delivering global P&L


Our expectations

  • setting high standards for the consultancy services provided for clients and business partners
  • you have already managed directly large PMO offices
  • you have a strong technical background within signaling in general and ERTMS specifically, having already delivered with positive reference TSI certified infrastructure encompassing at least signaling, control centers, communications and ETCS subsystems


Ideal candidate for this position 

  • Experience with specification and implementation of ERTMS
  • An interest and drive to work internationally to develop projects for our customers
  • Proven project management skills on major, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Proven commercial skills, ability to establish and retain long term client relations and networking
  • The ability to gain and familiarize yourself with new knowledge and understand complex matters and technical solutions
  • A pro-active and energetic approach
  • A high level of empathy and you are able to understand and “read” the needs from other people around you
  • English language of at least C1 level



The position of Baltic Rail Project Manager will require networking across Systra’s organization and good abilities for cooperation and communication is thus a prerequisite.
