SYSTRA, the global engineering and consultancy leader in public transport and mobility solutions is hiring an experienced Project Director

Key Responsibilities
Leading large and complex projects in an international environment
To head supervision and be an inspiration to less experienced engineers
Acting on Client behalf to deliver challenging billion value contract and participation in Systra’s business development initiatives within the area
To build client relationship

Requirements
Familiarity and experience with FIDIC projects
Previous experience as Project Director of engineer activities (or similar position)
An extensive experience in supervision of international railroad projects above €500m in construction value
You set high standards for the consultancy services that are provided for clients and business partners
An interest and drive to work internationally to develop projects for our customers
Proven project management skills on major, multi-disciplinary projects
Proven commercial skills, ability to establish and retain long term client relations and networking
The ability to gain and familiarize yourself with new knowledge and understand complex matters and technical solutions
A pro-active and energetic approach
A high level of empathy and you are able to understand and “read” the needs from other people around you
Excellent English language skills

The position Project Director will require networking across Systra’s organisation and good abilities for cooperation and communication is thus a prerequisite.
