Context
SYSTRA Project Management Group has initiated an update of SYSTRA Project Delivery processes (content and form) with the aim to develop a mapping of the processes linking in an interactive way the Project Delivery requirements with associated guidelines, templates and tools. The outcome will provide the Project Delivery Framework for the Group.
Main duties
- Understand existing processes and routines,
- participate in the redesign of the processes,
- design the new process map (in an iterative way),
- test the successive versions of the revised process,
- participate in the rollout and communication,
- collect user feedback.
Degrees
Technical skills
- English read, spoken and written,

- basics in PMI standards.
