MISSIONS

 

The Finance IT Business Analyst will report hierarchically to the CFO of the International East Finance Directorate and functionally to the IT Finance director at group level. The scope of entities to cover is the International East that covers: Middle East, Asia, India, Australia and Eastern Africa. 

He/She will be in charge of managing locally the needs for solution deployment, change request, maintenance and support with a strong coordination with the IT Finance department at group level.

His/her competencies in finance or in IT projects will be useful to better understand finance needs and realize the following missions:

 

  • Reporting solutions:
    • Collect and define local finance needs of reporting;
    • Formalize the requirements for the change requests to discuss with group IT teams (Finance solution and BI solution);
    • Coordinate the tests and assist users on the tests for the new features in reports implemented;
    • Train the local users to use the news features in the reports implemented
    • Collect the bugs and follow-up with group IT teams for their resolution

 

  • Finance solutions :
    • Collect and define local finance needs of finance solutions;
    • Coordinate with group IT Finance solution for any opportunity and feasibility studies of the solution;
    • Follow group process in terms of stage gates milestones (process to deploy for IT solution)
    • Formalize the requirements for the change requests to discuss with group IT teams (Finance solution and BI solution) ;
    • Coordinate the tests and assist users on the test for the new features or new solutions implemented;
    • Train the local users to use the news features or the new solutions implemented
    • Collect the bugs and follow-up with group IT teams for their resolution

 

PROFILE 

  • Bachelors Degree holder, MBA or Equivalent.
  • 5 years of experiences in either finance role or IT PMO roles
  • Excel for data manipulation and reports some knowledge on a Finance ERP System would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skill (French would be an advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good Teamwork and Interpersonal skills
