Role:                                                                                MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

 

Location:                                                                         Remote

 

Reports To:                                                                     Marketing Manager

 

Travel:                                                                           20% - Must be willing to travel to NYC, (US Headquarters), as needed

             

Required Education & Experience:                            Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field of study from an accredited college/university or significant and relevant job-related experience

 

Two+ years of successful experience:

 

  • Utilizing your exceptional graphic design, writing, and editing skills while creating content, written and graphic, for websites, blogs, social media, business proposals and marketing collateral

 

  • Maintaining and updating website/intranet and social media accounts and content

 

  • Managing logistics for trade show and other industry events

 

  • Working with PC desktop publishing and database applications, including Adobe InDesign (highly preferred), Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic design software; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

 

  • Learning and adapting to new design-related software programs

The Role

 

As a SYSTRA USA Marketing, Communications & Social Media Specialist, you will apply your exceptional writing and design talents to create marketing collateral; develop business proposals; graphic designs, web content and other standard marketing materials in this exciting role which was created in support of our tremendous growth and business expansion.

In this role you will be responsible for developing firm overviews, brochures, project descriptions, team resumes, visuals, and graphics. You will utilize your outstanding written and verbal communication and editing skills as you craft external and internal communications content to be utilized in business proposals, marketing collateral, newsletters, blogs, intranet, website, and social media; You will be responsible for updating content for the SYSTRA USA website as well as social media account, LinkedIn, and others to be developed. Responsibilities also include coordinating industry conferences and trade shows, including organizing attendance/logistics and registrations, preparing presentations, and developing event-specific collateral; must be available to work overtime, as required.
