In India, we have been providing design and construction supervision services for various National highways, State Highways/PWD and other road projects for various government institutions and private organizations since 1982.Our design teams are have experience of designing in accordance with various international codes as the design centre in India has delivered projects across the world. We are also conversant with BIM (Building Information Modelling) which enhances all stages of the infrastructure life cycle, from design to construction and maintenance, which is why we integrate it into our projects and offer it to our clients. Our design and supervision teams have extensive exposure to both domestic and international markets, contracts, codes and specification.
Requirements
- Team Leader : Should have minimum Master’s Degree in Engineering or Planning and relevant experience of at least 10 years as project manager or project director for master planning and infrastructure design components of large infrastructure development projects like, SEZ’s, Industrial areas, etc.
- Senior Urban Planner / Senior Master Planner : Should be a Postgraduate in Urban Planning or equivalent degree with relevant experience in master planning of integrated industrial townships, large campuses involving an economic component and mixed housing development.
- Senior Infrastructure Planner/Engineer : Should be a Postgraduate in Infrastructure Planning/Engineering or related field with relevant experience in Infrastructure Planning/Designing. At least 5 out of the 15 years should be international experience in Infrastructure planning and designing.
- Architect : Should be a Graduate/Postgraduate in Architecture with relevant experience in master planning, design of integrated industrial townships, large campuses involving an economic component and mixed housing development. Should possess 8-10 years of experience in the planning and urban design of economic clusters or corridors, townships, or campus developments.
- Structural Engineer (Roads and bridges, buildings) : Should have Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters in structural Engineering with experience of designing foundations and structures for infrastructure projects like roads, highways, railways.
- Transportation / Roads Expert : Should have Masters in Highway/Transportation Engineering having experience in planning & designing roads/intersection/ grade separators/ pavement design, parking and other road components for arterial, collector and plot level roads of large townships/ industrial estates.
- Transportation Planner : Should have a master’s degree in transportation planning having an experience of short and long range transportation planning, traffic impact assessments, transportation demand modelling and transportation surveys.
- Water supply and Waste Water expert : Should have Bachelors in Civil Engineering preferably Masters in Public Health Engineering/Environmental Engineering with experience in planning and designing of water supply/ waste water systems for large townships/industrial estates.
- Power supply expert : Bachelors in engineering with experience in designing and implementation of power supply networks and related infrastructure including sub stations, transmission lines and distribution network for large integrated township/Industrial area etc.
- Environment Expert : Should have Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or relevant field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, interpretations, and health and safety programs. Aptitude to solve problems quickly with advanced conflict resolution skills.
- Financial/Market Expert : Should be an MBA (Finance) / Master degree in Economics with relevant experience in working on financial/market and estimating financial/Economic IRR for large scale planning and infrastructure projects. Experience in both EPC and PPP projects will be preferred.
- GIS Expert : Should have Masters in remote sensing/GIS or equivalent with experience in working as GIS expert in similar projects and should have experience in data interpretation, collation and preparation of Base map for an assignment of similar scale.
- Procurement Expert : Should have relevant Graduation/ Post Graduation in Project/ Construction Management/Civil Engineering with hands on experience in preparation of bid documents, bidding process, assisting in evaluation of bids, agreement drafting (EPC and PPP preferred) and execution.
