SYSTRA Arabia are looking to expand our Mobility and Transportation Line , working on emblematic and high profile infrastructure projects and Clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

We are now seeking to strengthen and grow our team by recruiting a Stakeholder/Interface Managers.

The objective of the Interface Manager is to facilitate agreements with other stakeholders regarding roles & responsibilities, timing for providing interface information and identification of critical interfaces early in the project through a structured process.

This is a technical position to provide strong interface with various government agencies and stakeholders by maintaining close interaction and liaison to ensure that quality deliverables are produced smoothly, within time and budget.

Main duties

  • Liaise with the delivering parties and all affected stakeholders (including government agencies, communities, third parties & clients) to assure that the project objectives are being delivered to the quality, schedule, budget, sustainability, legacy and other requirements of the programme
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and integration to achieve programme objectives for scope, budget, time, quality, sustainability, etc.
  • Participate in working groups addressing permitting and approvals, logistics, interface management, business process efficiency, HSSE, sustainability, legacy, and other areas affecting programme delivery
  • Cooperate with municipalities and approving authorities
  • Evaluate design documents to assess sufficiency for construction purposes
  • Actively participate in work groups aimed at providing solutions to delivery challenges, such as construction logistics, supply chain, sustainability, social concerns, and legacy.
  • Monitors the status of the interface agreements on a regular basis by having periodic Interface Meetings or teleconferences between the parties to review the progress on the Interface Registers that are derived from the Interface Database
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of project performance data (e.g., schedule, cost, safety, resource requirements, and sustainability) from stakeholders
  • Foresee programme risks and offer real-time mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize their impact on the project
  • Producing regular reports indicating the interface progress. Usually on a monthly basis and included in the monthly project progress report


Bachelor degree in Civil engineering

  • Requisite number of years of relevant work experience, including both design and construction of complex railway projects
  • Strong track record as Interface/Stakeholder manager
  • High degree of technical proficiency in the successful delivery of programmes and/or projects of similar size and complexity.
  • Able to produce technical reports in a clear and concise manner

Personal qualities

  • Strong coordination and organization skills.
  • Able to communicate with different level of people in a multi-national project environment and motivate the project activities for timely delivery
